I enrolled my daughter to a ballet school summer of last year. She liked dancing so much that I let her continue for the whole year. She stopped this year because she was busy at school but she told me that she’s definitely going back to ballet school after summer. When I was young, my mom also enrolled me to a ballet school but I was not that interested. I remember she gathered some ballet gift ideas to give it to me and to my other friend who was also enrolled in ballet class. What she did inspire me so I tried my best to be always present in ballet. I stopped ballet later for we kept on transferring from one place to another.

These pictures were taken inside Ateneo de Cagayan – Xavier University Campus. This school was hubby and my college Alma Mater. It’s also where we attend mass every Sunday. Behind us is the statue of St. Ignatius de Loyola. That’s why this building here is called Loyola house. I used to make ‘tambay’ here during my college days. Oh, that’s me and my daughter Chloe. We were both wearing the same style of clothes

Obviously, this picture was taken on a palm Sunday coz Chloe was holding what we call “Lukay”. Baby Zoe was clinging so hard on me here. Unfortunately, there was no available size for her dress so I just let her wear her baby gap dress. Chloe told me that she will get my clothes soon and hers will be given to Zoe, hmmm… I also took a photo of Baby Zoe and Daddy to be fair. Far behind them is the Immaculate Concepcion chapel.

I love these pictures of me and Chloe at Enchanted Kingdom. Beside us were the Wizard and the Princess. I was about 4 months pregnant with Zoe in here and I hope to bring here to EK somebody when she’s a little bit bigger. Enchanted Kingdom is filled with magic, fun and laughter by trying on their different rides, taking in souvenir items and get fascinated with the view.  So far, it was the best vacation we ever had for we had carefully planned and saved for it.

I had been trying not to splurge on expensive items. However, if ever I need to buy something that’s beyond my limit, I have to think twice if I could somehow invest on the items I purchased. I found nice gold chains displayed at the jewelry store last week and I really wanted to get it. I seldom buy expensive things but I pampered myself I last week or I might regret on not getting it. Besides, I felt there was nothing to lose for I have two daughters wherein I could pass on my jewelry collections when the right time comes.

Sometimes, accessorizing our stuff is needed to make them look great. A Magnificent view of Divine Mercy at Ulaliman, El Salvador, Misamis Oriental. This picture was taken April of 2009 where I went with my cousin and aunt from Manila. I’ve not visited the place for quite some time. My last visit here was in late 2006 and at that time, only the head of statue was built and the body was not yet completed.

Divine Mercy was a site to behold! I was in awe when I came back to visit. I salute all those people who spearheaded this project. Many people from other places flocked in here or take their time to visit and pray. There was a chapel in here, too, where they hold masses on Sundays or special occasion. So, if you’re in Cagayan de Oro City, try to visit this place for this is only a few minutes away from the city.

Just the other day I told my husband to keep some of his things in our living room for I was cleaning the area. He had so many gadgets and other special effects for his musical instruments. Hubby agreed but told me that he needs to put it back when I was thru cleaning. He wanted to practice his electric guitar using the Morley Volume Pedals he borrowed from his friend. Playing the guitar is my husband’s hobby and I can say he is really good at it. I called him after I was done cleaning and he immediately set-up his favorite instrument and some guitar effects.

One of Cagayan de Oro’s finest bread shop is the Missy Bonbon. My daughter and I decided to much some bread and a gelato when we passed by the place. Actually, it was our first time to grab some snacks at their shop to think they have been there for more than a year already. My daughter and I liked what we ate and we thought of going back to their place. If you’re in town, try to taste their pastries, bread, ice cream or gelatos. I’m sure you’ll like it.
